Technical know how will include: all the processes, practices,
techniques, procedures related to making and fitting of
artificial eye and setting up the clinic for the same.
Imparting training shall also be part of technical know
how. |

Duration of training would be for 3 months that may be
extended to 4 months if the training is deemed unsatisfactory. |

We shall also provide with required Equipments and Materials
required for the Practice of OCULAR PROSTHESIS to the
trainee. |

We hereby affirm to keep the trainee updated on the newer
developments in the field of ocularistry. |

6.

The trainee shall practice Ocular prosthesis in the best
of standards and procedures as trained by Chinmaya Prosthetics
Center. |

7.
|
All rights, title, intellectual properties, interests,
materials and other tangibles whatsoever provided by Chinmaya
prosthetics Center in pursuance with this training shall
not be transferred, sold, sub-licensed to any other party
whatsoever. |

Chinmaya prosthetics Center shall provide with requisite
technology, procedure, methods and processes required
for the practice of Ocular Prosthesis.

Our intention of training in the field of Ocularistry
is to increase the awareness among the eye care professionals
and extending the benefit of latest technical know how
to the population in need. We sincerely hope that the
trained center will continue to perform at the highest
possible level of Ocularistry and both of us shall grow
professionally without any clash of interests. |
