We understand the importance of best quality equipments,
materials and the cutting edge technology for the best
possible outcome of our work. Keeping in mind these objectives
we acquired the most modern and scientifically researched
technical know how from Ocular Prosthetics lab Inc. USA.
Subsequently the methodology was further updated with
help from Iowa eye Prosthetics, Iowa, IA, USA. We have
a dedicated lab for this purpose and only the best quality
material are used for the process of making artificial
eyes.
Assessment of the empty eye socket and
ocular adnexa is equally important for the successful
fitting and wearing of artificial eyes, therefore all
patients are initially evaluated by an expert Oculoplastic
Surgeon who has vast experience in Ophthalmic Plastics
and Reconstructive Surgery.
The normal eye is also examined to rule
out any eye diseases and protection of the normal eye
is emphasized upon the patient. All one eyed patients
are advised to wear protective glasses made up of Polycarbonate
to safeguard their normal eyes. We also provide literature
to use the monocular vision of the remaining eyes to
its maximum potential so as to help these patients lead
as normal life as possible.
