Dr. Anand graduated from Grant Medical College, Mumbai in 1995 and joined Post Graduation training in Ophthalmology at Post graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh in 1996. After completing M.S. (Ophthalmology) he joined Fellowship training Programme at LV Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad in Comprehensive Ophthalmology in the year 1999. While at LV Prasad Eye Institute he received specialty training in Oculoplasty under able guidance of Dr. Santosh Honavar.

Dr. Anand went to USA in the prestigious University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, IA to pursue advance training in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under the guidance of Dr. Jeffery Nerad. He also visited Iowa Eye Prosthetics to learn the latest know how in Ocularistry.

He is currently practicing at Sant Parmanand Hospital, New Delhi as consultant Ophthalmologist and taking care of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Oculoplasty Services. He has keen interest in the field of Ophthalmic Plastics and reconstructive surgery and has presented several research papers in various national and International conferences. He has also been invited speaker in various national and international meetings.
